Jail/Mute Appeal Form

If you were muted or placed in jail by an admin or moderator, you will be asked to make an appeal. When making such an appeal, you will have to use the format below.

After having made your appeal in this format, the moderator responsible will see to answering it, and deciding upon weather or not you are to be unjailed/unmuted. He/She will answer with either:
"ACCEPTED"
or
"DENIED"
And will then state why he/she made the decision on unjailing/unmuted you or not.
Also know that only the moderator that jailed/muted you will be the only one to unjail/unmute you. No other mod will, and I mean NON of the other moderators will.

If you lie in your appeal to try and get off with what you did, your appeal will be disregarded, and you will be asked to make another one in which you state the truth.
