Shoutbox Appeal Form

After having made your appeal, the moderator that banned/silenced you will answer your appeal as soon as possible.
He/She will decide on if and when you are to be unsilenced/unbanned, using either:
"ACCEPTED"
or
"DENIED"
After having made his/her decision, he/she will state why it was made, and when you will be unsilenced/unbanned.
Also know that only the moderator responsible for you being silenced/banned will unsilence/unban you. No other moderators, NON of them will unsilence/unban you.

If you decide not to be honest on your appeal, the appeal will be disregarded, and you will be asked to make another, honest appeal.
